PAINTINGS

- There is never a charge for the initial consultation, either for painting
or sculpture. We will sit down and discuss what you have in mind until
a clear picture emerges. I will give you an estimated cost and time frame.
- If
you are agreeable to the estimate we will draw up a simple Agreement which spells
out such details as what is to be done, time deadlines, payment schedule, what
happens if changes are made, who owns the copyright, etc.
An initial payment
of one-third is made with the signing.
- You will have an opportunity
to critique the painting. If you want some relatively minor changes made
at that time, I will do my best to meet your suggestions.
- If you
still want more changes after the initial ones are finished, there will be an
extra charge, depending upon the time involved.
- The final two-thirds
of the agreed-upon cost will be paid upon delivery of the finished painting.
